MediCare is a mobile application which is a digital health friend for the public. • Interactive Dashboards - visualize clinical diagnosis reports in graphical forms.
• Home Health Monitoring - patients can keep track of the measurements of health parameters such as weight, blood pressure etc.
• Regular Checkup Schedule - patients can set up schedules for home monitoring and will be notified considering the schedule.
• Digital Prescriptions - with digital prescriptions doctors and patients are able to seamlessly integrate the information flow between patients, pharmacies and the hospitals.
